Hand-signed in pencil Y. Kusama, titled レモンスカッシュ (I) (Lemon Squash (I)) in Japanese, dated 1992 and numbered in pencil.

A footed glass with a handle stands at the centre, its bowl and stem built from yellow polka dots, with a dotted straw leaning across the drink and a lemon slice resting on the rim. Behind it the wall is a black field cracked into a web of fine yellow lines, the lower part is laid out as black brickwork, and a narrow yellow border frames the image. A companion version, Lemon Squash (II), is printed in green and black. The image is approximately 11 1/8 x 9 in. (28.4 x 23 cm) on a sheet of approximately 17 1/2 x 12 1/2 in. (44.6 x 31.7 cm), portrait.
